2. Return & exchange
We will exchange or issue a refund on unworn, unused, and unwashed products within 14 days of the date of purchase. Please send the product back (unworn, unused, unwashed) within 14 days for a credit or exchange.

3. Postage & Delivery
- When item is being delivered it is necessary to check the package – if it is damaged, you have to write it down into the delivery list. Then you can accept the package with full return right.
- Please check your package contents, the deliveryman is not waiting for you to do it. You can claim any break-down in 3 days within the delivery.

5. Warranty
Every product that adriennelatexdesign.com sells is covered by a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defect of workmanship and materials, but DOES NOT cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown and material through time, exposure or extensive use. If you suspect a defect in workmanship or materials of a product, you may send the product to us for a warranty evaluation at any time within the first two years of ownership.

On these items will be listed only full address of the buyer and stickers of transport companies. As a sender will be given a contact address of the seller, as a persons, without mentioning the name of the online store, or information concerning the contents of the consignment.
